As a graduate social worker she supervised and advised people in crisis situations for more than twelve years. In this context, she worked as a facility manager with HR responsibilities - with the focus on implementing social work economically.
In the late 90's she got to know management consultants OMC Ortleb Management Consulting and changed industry. Since then, she has been successfully advising managers and professionals from all industries in their career transitions. With a focus on operations / consulting, she trains OMC consultants and acts as a supervisor and coach. Training seminars as an NLP Master, systemic and solutions-focused coach and MBTI® and 16PF® certifications complete her profile. Since January 2016 she has been managing the company together with Claudia Michalski.
