In many companies, a number of jobs have to be dismantled due to restructuring measures. Often volunteer programmes are used and incentives created so that employees leave the company by termination agreement.
However, many employees are unsure whether they should take this step. They do not know their chances on the job market and estimate their situation is often more drastic than it really is. They lack the expertise of a contemporary application process and also confidence in their own marketability.
In mobilisation consultation, the employee is given an assessment of their chances on the job market on the basis of their individual requirements. Their profile is analysed and possible career alternatives are presented. Consultation is open-ended with regards to the outcome.
The advice given depends on both the demand and according to the budget. We recommend a minimum of 8 consulting hours per employee.
