EXPERIENCE

After studying linguistics in Berlin, Andrea worked as a personnel officer with management responsibilities in recruiting and personnel development. Study periods abroad followed. She has now worked as a trainer and coach for companies and organisations for many years. She is a member of the Examinations Committee of the Chamber of Trades in Dusseldorf for both professional and occupational education, an NLP coach trainer and certified coach.

Since 2007 Andrea is consultant, trainer and coach at OMC.
