All of our consultants are exclusively economic and management-experienced senior outplacement consultants and have undergone a profound outplacement training. We guarantee both personal and professional outplacement consulting, perspective and career consulting. We advise across all sectors and have particularly deep industry expertise in the media and communications industry and the energy industry. We use certified tools (MBTI^®, 16PF^®, CDP^®, EMP^®) and are continuously developing. Regular supervision of our consultants helps to maintain a consistently high level of consultancy.

EXPERIENCE

We have in-depth technical and market knowledge through 20 years of regional expertise in the outplacement of executives and specialists in Berlin and East Germany. Long-term consulting and coaching skills of companies and executives from industry, media, services, trade, pharmaceuticals, IT, telecommunications, banking, insurance, and services make us valuable sparring partners with a large network. An interdisciplinary team of outplacement consultants allows us to meet the diverse needs of our candidates.
