A combination of group workshops and individual meetings has proven itself in practice. In the group, the necessary basic knowledge is provided on the subject of the application and how to handle the open and hidden job market. In individual consultation, the consultant works with the participant towards a concrete professional objective. Individual and promising application strategies for the new positioning and start-up of the business are then developed jointly for implementation.
The timing and the individual service modules in group outplacement are coordinated in advance with the customer, based on their needs and the available budget.
