Group outplacement

For employees affected by termination or release, we offer a consulting concept for vocational reorientation which has been specially developed for group outplacement, which we are continually developing on a need-oriented and market-oriented basis.

A combination of group workshops and individual meetings has proven itself in practice. In the group, the necessary basic knowledge is provided on the subject of the application and how to handle the open and hidden job market. In individual consultation, the consultant works with the participant towards a concrete professional objective. Individual and promising application strategies for the new positioning and start-up of the business are then developed jointly for implementation.

The timing and the individual service modules in group outplacement are coordinated in advance with the customer, based on their needs and the available budget. All workshops and individual consultations can also be offered online via video conferencing and collaboration tools.

OMC is certified for carrying out transfer measures pursuant to § 110 SGB III. We can assist with the respective application and the associated option for co-financing the measures envisaged by the Employment Agency.
