EXPERIENCE
As a graduate engineer and economist, Katrin worked for many years as a successful sales and marketing manager - among others in manufacturing companies and in the hotel industry. She acquired special expertise in personnel development and recruiting during her work as a personnel manager in a group of companies.
She has been working as a consultant, trainer and coach since 2005 and brings her diverse professional experience as a manager and facilitator of change processes to bear in outplacement and career counselling as well as in coaching.
Katrin is certified as a business trainer (dvct), outplacement consultant, change manager and workshop and conflict facilitator.
