OMC was founded in 1997 by Dieter Ortleb and together with Claudia Cordt developed into a premium outplacement consulting company in Berlin. In 2016, Claudia Michalski took over the majority interest as well as management from Dieter Ortleb and since then has been managing the company together with Claudia Cordt.
OMC supports and advises managers and professionals in vocational reorientation - regardless of whether the change is chosen yourself or is involuntarily necessary due to termination. Digitisation in particular means that many companies are undergoing a massive process of change, and changes in personnel are required at all hierarchical levels as part of the necessary change management.
