After studying business administration, Ulla was responsible for strategy development, innovation and growth as well as new business models in management, sales and management consultancy.
As an executive consultant and coach, she has been advising and supporting managers up to C-level and their teams in disruptive change situations since 2019. Her focus is on digitalisation, new ways of working and leadership at a distance, innovation and growth as well as team development and team culture.
Ulla is trained as a systemic coach, team coach and resilience coach, as a trainer according to the St. Gallen Coaching Model and as an outplacement consultant.
