EXPERIENCE

As an industry educator Sylvia already started working in human resources at the end of the 90s. She gained experience in the HR-management while working in a German logistics company. Early she realised that advising and supporting people is her passion. Therefore she slowly build up advisory competence and is an expert for 15 years now, when it comes to supporting people in professional change processes.

Sylvia is a qualified systematic coach and advises professionals in specific situations in their daily management routine.
