With the guarantee of success, we combine the permanent individual outplacement and consulting until it is successful, i.e. an unlimited period until the contract is signed or a new business has been successfully founded.

For long-term and sustainable assurance in the new workplace, we also assist you over the first 12 months in the new job. If the employee relationship or self-employment is terminated within 12 months after the start of work, we continue our consulting services free of charge until you are successful.
