How is consultancy done at OMC?

The focus of the consultation is the personal interview. The consultant and the candidate usually meet weekly, in the beginning more often. Meeting more often is initially useful to establish the new career goal as clearly as possible and then align the application documents with it.

The regular personal consultation is supplemented with ongoing contact via email or other digital methods, also via WhatsApp or SMS. In the case of long-distance, some of the meetings can also be held via Skype in order to save the candidate from making a long trip and still maintain the most intensive exchange possible.
