EXPERIENCE
After studying engineering, she gained 20 years of management experience up to the first level in industry, consulting, public organisations, clubs and associations. Experience abroad expanded her technical and business expertise with the international perspective. The promotion of women in technical professions is of special interest to her. Since 2005 she has been working as a coach, trainer and consultant.
At OMC she carries out consulting and coaching with a regional focus in the north-eastern federal states.
