As a computer scientist she worked for international companies in product marketing for almost 20 years. Upon completion of training in mediation, she increasingly shifted her responsibilities to the area of conflict and separation management and consulting. She supplemented her qualifications by completing training as an expert in personnel consultancy and recruitment. For several years she helped long-term unemployed through multiple placement obstacles to become successful in professional repositioning. Training as an NLP coach and systemic management rounds off her skills profile. She has been involved as a voluntary labour and social judge for many years.
She has been a consultant at OMC since 2011.
